Polyneon Green
Developed for efficient use on industrial embroidery machines, Polyneon Green is our premium polyester thread made from 100% recycled post-consumer plastic waste.
It marks an important step in the transition from new raw materials to the use of certified recycled materials without compromising quality. Polyneon Green can be embroidered just like our conventional Polyneon threads, with no additional adjustments to the machine or embroidery design needed, while each stitch helps reuse existing PET bottle waste.
As we transition, more and more Polyneon 40 colours will become available as Polyneon Green 40, ultimately leading to a complete replacement.
Polyneon Green performs the same as the virgin polyester threads and retains its sheen and colours even when exposed to high washing temperatures, chlorine, and rubbing. This makes it a perfect choice for workwear, denim, swimwear, and other demanding projects.
