EASY WATER SEAL 45,5cmx100m

Waterproof film is ideal for sealing pinholes on raincoats and other waterproof garments. Iron-on film makes seams and embroidery waterproof. Ideal for outdoor jackets and pants. In the future, textiles will remain waterproof even after they have been embroidered. Simply iron or heat press the film onto the back of the embroidery and water can no longer get in through the needle holes. Textiles treated with the film can be washed at up to 40°C.   

Application advice:

Cut a peace of Easy Water Seal 2-3 cm larger than the embroidery design.

Prefix by ironing briefly without steam nor pressure, then iron with pressure for 30-45 seconds to fix the film.

When using a heat press apply 120°C at 3 bar pressure for 5-8 seconds.

Let cool down completely before use. Easy Water Seal achieves its full adhesive force after 48 hours.

Due to the extremely large range of fabrics and finishing, it is essential to run tests concerning operating temperatures and adhesive quality prior to production. Fabrics with special finishing or coating should be ironed or heat-pressed once before application of Easy Water Seal.
